It all
began in 1946 when my Grandmother opened a salon called "Frederick's"
. The salon originally had two locations, the first being
the historic site downtown Seattle on Pike where Nike Town
is now located and the second on 86th in Greenwood which is
now a Mexican grocery. The third and final location is now
in the heart of up and coming Greenwood. |

Through
the years, the salon has undergone many changes and transformations.
Upon my Grandmothers retirement, her sister took over the
salon in 1997. And after a successful 10 years...now it's
my turn. With my Aunt retiring, once again the salon has a
renewed spirit. With renovations complete, our new spa-like
salon features accomplished contemporary stylists ready to
create that modern style for our new customers as well as
our long time loyal regulars. |
