Philis was
born in the 1950's and raised in Seattle. She graduated
from the Metropolitan Beauty School (no longer
in business) in the Seattle area. Born into Frederick's
Beauty Salon, Philis has been doing hair at Frederick's
her entire career since 1970. She has one son, Brett.
